 This is the author's interest, expertise and short biography:
I am a Phd student at the center for Ethics and Economics for Environnement and Development (University of versailles St Quentin) and I am profesor assistant at IHEAL (Latin American Studies) in paris.
My doctoral tesis is about organic and fair trade quinoa value chain (quinoa is a grain from the Andes).
I am member of FairNESS, an organisation to promote research on fair trade and other alternative exchanges
