Author's short biography:
Agronomist, with a Master in Regional Rural Development, Autonomous University of Chapingo (Texcoco, Mexico), and a Master and Ph.D. in Latin American Studies with specialization in Rural Development, University of Toulouse Le Mirail (France). She is a Researcher at the Autonomous University of Mexico (campus of San Cristóbal de Las Casas). She worked as inspector of plantations and organic processes accredited by the Organic Crop Improvement Association.
She is a specialist in rural development, fair trade, agricultural and agroindustrial economy. |
